Why Choose HAOYIN

We are here to solve your production pain points. Our films are engineered to eliminate the most common printing headaches—so you can focus on growing your business, not fixing printer jams.

DTF Film Feeding Issue Solution
Problem: Slipping
Solution: Zero Slip
Pain Point #1

Is Your DTF Film Slipping in the Printer?

The Struggle: You send a job to your modified Epson L1800 or XP600, but the rollers can't grip the film. It slips, jams, and ruins the head alignment.

The HAOYIN Fix: Our Double-Sided Matte Technology adds a specialized friction coating to the back. It grips rollers like sandpaper (but smoother), ensuring 100% precise feeding on even the oldest desktop printers.

Oily DTF Film vs Dry HAOYIN Film
Problem: Oily Leaks
Solution: Dry & Crisp
Pain Point #2

Oily Residue Ruining Your T-Shirts?

The Struggle: You cure the film, but days later, a greasy layer (glycerin) appears on the print. It creates oil spots on shirts and makes the powder clump.

The HAOYIN Fix: We use an advanced Oil-Locking Release Layer. It creates a barrier that prevents glycerin migration, keeping your transfers bone-dry and shelf-stable for months.

Anti-Static DTF Film vs Standard Film
Problem: Dirty Edges
Solution: Clean Transfer
Pain Point #3

Powder Sticking Where It Shouldn't?

The Struggle: Static electricity acts like a magnet, pulling DTF powder onto the empty background areas. This leaves tiny white specks all over black garments.

The HAOYIN Fix: Our films undergo a Corona Anti-Static Treatment during manufacturing. The result? Powder only sticks to the ink, leaving your background 100% clean.

Quality Control

Why can we solve the pain points mentioned above? Because we don't just manufacture; we validate. Every master roll undergoes 4 rigorous inspections before slitting.

1

Coating Thickness

Laser measurement of coating uniformity to ensure consistent ink absorption across the entire roll width.

2

High-Temp Aging

48-hour oven simulation at 60°C to simulate extreme shipping conditions. Guarantees no oil return (anti-oil).

3

Stretch & Wash

Sample prints undergo 50+ wash cycles (40°C) and elastic stretch tests to ensure no cracking or peeling.

4

Print & Peel

We keep an Epson i3200 printer on the production line. Every batch is test-printed before packaging.

Rejection Rate < 1%

What you sample is exactly what you get in your bulk order. No surprises.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our DTF films, compatibility, and shipping.

Is your film compatible with Epson L1800 / XP600 printers?

Yes, absolutely. Our Double-Sided Matte films are specifically engineered for modified desktop printers (like Epson L1800, L805, XP600, 8550). The specialized friction coating on the back ensures the rollers grip the film firmly, eliminating slipping and paper jam issues commonly found with single-sided films.

What is the difference between Hot Peel and Cold Peel?

  • Instant Hot Peel: Peel immediately (within 3 seconds) after pressing. Best for high-volume production speed.
  • Cold Peel: Must wait until the film cools down completely (about 30-60 seconds) before peeling. Often provides slightly better detail for extremely fine lines.

We recommend our "Instant Hot Peel" for most commercial print shops.

What are the recommended curing time and temperature?

For standard TPU powder:

  • Oven/Shaker Curing: 120°C - 130°C for 2-3 minutes.
  • Heat Press Transfer: 150°C (300°F) for 10-15 seconds with medium/heavy pressure.

Note: Settings may vary slightly depending on your heat press brand.

Can I get free samples to test?

Yes! We offer a Free Sample Kit which includes A3 sheets and a mini-roll (30cm*5m). You just need to cover the express shipping cost (DHL/FedEx).
