Why Choose HAOYIN
We are here to solve your production pain points. Our powders are engineered to eliminate the most common printing headaches—so you can focus on growing your business, not handling returns.
Do Your Prints Feel Like a "Plastic Sticker"?
The Struggle: Cheap powders (often mixed with PA) create a thick, stiff layer on the shirt. It feels like wearing a plastic bag, doesn't breathe, and cracks when folded.
The HAOYIN Fix: Our 100% TPU Formula ensures maximum flexibility. It creates a thin, soft coating that penetrates the fabric fibers, feeling almost like screen printing.
Prints Cracking After a Few Washes?
The Struggle: You deliver a great looking shirt, but the customer complains that the design started peeling or cracking after just 3 washes.
The HAOYIN Fix: We prioritize High Elasticity. Our powder bonds deep into the fabric and stretches with the shirt. Tested to withstand 60+ wash cycles at 40°C without failure.
White Ink Turning Pink on Dark Shirts?
The Struggle: When printing on red or dark polyester, the fabric dye penetrates your white ink (sublimation), turning your bright white logos pink or gray after pressing.
The HAOYIN Fix: Use our Black Anti-Sublimation Powder. It contains activated carbon that acts as a shield, blocking dye migration and keeping your whites pure white.

Uncompromising Quality Control
Why do top print shops trust HAOYIN? Because we validate. Every batch of powder undergoes 4 rigorous lab tests before packaging to ensure absolute consistency.
Melting Point Test
Precise thermal analysis to ensure the melting range stays strictly within 120°C - 130°C. No under-curing or over-cooking.
Particle Distribution
Laser diffraction analysis checks uniform particle size. We filter out oversized clumps to guarantee 0% clogging in your shaker.
Elasticity & Wash
Printed samples undergo 60+ wash cycles (40°C) and extreme stretch tests. We reject any batch that cracks.
Shaker Flow Test
Real-world test on a 60cm automatic shaker. We ensure the powder flows smoothly without static buildup or jamming.
Rejection Rate < 0.5%
The sample you test is exactly the quality you get in your bulk container. Zero surprises.

Frequently Asked Questions
Expert answers about DTF adhesive application, anti-sublimation, and manufacturing.
What is the difference between TPU and PA DTF powder?
TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) is the industry standard for apparel. It offers a soft hand feel, high elasticity, and superior washability. PA (Polyamide) is harder and stickier, typically used for non-apparel items like canvas bags where adhesion matters more than softness. We recommend our TPU powder for all T-shirt and garment printing.
How do I prevent DTF powder from clogging my shaker?
Clogging usually happens due to moisture or uneven particle sizes. Our powder is vacuum-sealed and specially treated with an anti-static formula to ensure smooth flow. To prevent clogging, always reseal the bag immediately after use and store it in a cool, dry place (humidity below 50%).
Can I use regular White Powder on dark polyester shirts?
For dark cotton, yes. But for dark polyester or high-blend sportswear, we strongly recommend using our Black Anti-Sublimation Powder. Regular white powder cannot stop "dye migration" (where the shirt color bleeds into the print) on polyester fabrics heated to 150°C.
Do you offer OEM private labeling for distributors?
Yes. As a manufacturer, we support full OEM services. We can package the powder in 1kg, 5kg, or 20kg bags with your custom brand label. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for OEM is 500kg. Please use the "Get Wholesale Quote" button to contact our sales team.
