Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before placing orders for DTF materials, films, or powders. By engaging with HYprint, you agree to the manufacturing and supply protocols outlined below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to HYprint. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or placing an order for our DTF (Direct to Film) manufacturing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and distributors who access our services or purchase our products.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to our registered distributors via email or a prominent notice on our website.
2. Products & Manufacturing Specifications
As a manufacturer of industrial consumables, we strive for the highest consistency in our coating and powder formulations. However, the Customer acknowledges the following:
- Tolerance Levels: Minor variations in film thickness (±2μm) and coating density may occur between production batches due to the nature of industrial coating processes. These variations are within standard industry tolerances.
- Storage Requirements: DTF films and powders are sensitive to environmental conditions. HYprint is not responsible for product degradation caused by improper storage (e.g., exposure to high humidity, extreme temperatures, or direct sunlight) after delivery.
- Usage: Our products are designed for professional use. It is the user's responsibility to conduct tests on their specific printer models and fabric types before mass production.
3. Orders & Payment Terms
Wholesale & Distribution Focus
We primarily serve B2B distributors. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) apply to all factory-direct orders to ensure production efficiency.
Order Confirmation: An order is considered confirmed only after the issuance of a Proforma Invoice (PI) and receipt of the agreed deposit.
Payment: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we require a standard 30% deposit upon order confirmation, with the remaining 70% balance due prior to shipment (FOB terms). Payments should be made via bank transfer (T/T) to our designated corporate account.
4. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss
Incoterms: Unless otherwise specified, all international pricing is quoted on an EXW (Ex Works) or FOB (Free on Board) basis from our factory in China.
Lead Times: Estimated production lead times are typically 7-14 business days for standard items. Custom OEM orders may require additional time for packaging design and mold preparation. HYprint shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to customs inspections, shipping carrier delays, or raw material shortages.
Risk of Loss: Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for all international freight.
5. Quality Assurance & Returns
We take pride in our ISO-certified quality control. In the unlikely event of a defect:
- Inspection Period: You must inspect the goods within 7 business days of receipt.
- Claim Process: Claims for quality issues must be supported by photographic or video evidence, batch numbers (found on the label), and a detailed description of the testing method used.
- Resolution: If a manufacturing defect is confirmed by our lab, HYprint will, at its discretion, replace the defective goods in the next shipment or issue a credit note. We do not offer cash refunds for custom-manufactured goods.
6. OEM & Private Label Services
For distributors utilizing our OEM / Private Label services:
You warrant that any logos, trademarks, or designs provided to us for packaging do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. You agree to indemnify HYprint against any claims arising from the production of packaging materials based on your specifications.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HYprint SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE OUR PRODUCTS.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our products shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific batch of products giving rise to the claim.
